The 2025 Association of Christian Thrift Stores Annual Conference will be held February 18 -21, 2025 at the Billy Graham Training Center at the Cove. The Cove is located just outside Asheville, North Carolina at 1 Porters Cove Road, Ashville, NC 28805 and is a beautiful location for the Conference. We held our Conference there several years ago and have been looking forward to having our ACTS Conference there again.

The Cove is a Conference Center and there will be a different pricing structure than our normal Conference. The prices listed below are per person and are based on how many people are staying in a room. The rooms all have two queen size beds. The price per person includes your room, eight meals, meeting space, and their standard staff amenities. The pricing is for all three days of the Conference.

Cost breakdown for this Conference:

  • Annual dues | $40.00 per person

  • Conference cost is $100.00 per person instead of our normal $325.00

  • The Cove meeting package per person for the three nights and meals

  • Single Inn Room | $780.00

  • Double Inn Room | $568.00 per person

  • Triple Inn Room | $510.00 per person

  • Quad Inn Room | $486.00 per person

  • Non-Lodging Guest | $339.00 per person (staying offsite but attending the Conference)

Guests staying at the Cove but not attending the Conference pay the per person rate based on room occupancy and includes room and meals.

For us to stay at the Cove we must agree to their guidelines for the property.

  1. The Cove Inn and Training Center are for adult only. Participants must be eighteen years or older or youth ages fifteen to seventeen who are lodging with a parent or guardian.

  2. Smoking is not allowed on the property.

  3. Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, animals other than service dogs that meet the criteria of the Americans with Disabilities Act, firearms, weapons, candles, drones, and any other illegal items are prohibited.

  4. Lodging assignments are only for those of the same sex or only one married couple or family member.

  5. Training Center building will only be open 30 minutes before scheduled breakfasts and closed nightly at 10:00 pm.

We will make the room reservations and payments for you and your team members. We need to know those who are rooming together when you register.
